“ I went to the drive thru and ordered the Favorites box. It was too much food. It came with a taco, a burrito, cinnamon twists and a drink. I couldnt eat all of it. The burrito was really good the next day when I reheated it in my toaster oven. The young lady at the window was very nice and spoke with me like I was an actual person. She made my day. Some other fast food restaurants basically hand you the food and never speak or make eye contact. ”

“ It was 8 am December 6, 2023, and only one person was running the store. He was running the drive thru, lobby, and making the meals as he took them. He was so polite and explained that he was the only one there. He apologized many times. Great customer service, and he had a great work ethic. I gave him a 20 tip before I left. ”

Lately, Ive noticed the quality of Taco Bell has really gone downhill. I tried the Crunchwrap, and it lacked the crunch, and taste was mediocre at best. The nachos side item used to be really delicious and served in a plastic container. Today, my chips were in a very small frytype bag and the cheese in a separate container. The chips were overly salty and stale, and the cheese was very bland with no flavor. The soft tacos tasted okay. Toppings were sparse. The cinnamon twists were severely lacking the cinnamonsugar coating, and the look and consistency were that of pork rinds complete with specs of cold grease throughout. The chicken quesadilla, a classic favorite of mine, was equally as disappointing. The restaurant chain really needs to step up their quality to where it once was. ”

“ 5 stars for customer service. I came on Wednesday, 8421 at 930PM and the nice man with the red hair was so cheerful and friendly. That is a hard thing to do when working a fast food drive thru at night! 1 star for food quality but the employees can only do so much about that.... ... ”
